Disclaimer of Warranty: Due to the diversity of conditions, materials and/or equipment under which these processes, products, techniques and materials may be used, they are provided without any express or implied warranties whatsoever as to performance, longevity or merchantability. The suitability of any product or process for an intended purpose shall be solely determined by the user.  No DASS, LLC representative has the authority to change or wave these provisions, which apply to all communications, advertisements, product content and sales. Any liability of seller, agent, parent company, other affiliates, or manufacturer will be limited exclusively to product replacement or refund of the purchase price.

Delivery Time:  We ship orders twice a week.  US delivery time is usually 3-6 business days.  International delivery may take up to 14 days.  Orders funded via bank account may take extra time to allow funds to clear.

Shipping: Where possible we will ship products together, however you may receive multiple shipments via USPS and/or UPS in order to expedite delivery and control shipping costs.  We can only ship to the address you provide to PayPal at checkout.

Educational Use: Any person, company, school, or organization providing instruction using any of these techniques must ensure that each student has purchased a copy of the appropriate DVD.  Use of the Digital Art Studio Seminars or DASS name or logo requires prior written permission.     DASS does not endorse or sponsor classes or events.

Returns: We regret that we cannot accept returns on opened products.  Please contact us to obtain an RMA for unopened materials, subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Defective DVD’s may be exchanged at no charge.

US Customers:  DVD’s are shipped USPS First Class.  Large-format film is shipped UPS Ground, except to PO Boxes which is shipped USPS Media Mail (and may take 2-3 weeks).  All other products are shipped USPS Priority Mail.  Colorado orders are subject to sales tax.

International Customers:   If your country is not listed in the shipping options, please email us before completing your order so we can calculate shipping charges.  All international orders are shipped USPS International Priority Mail.  Customer is responsible for applicable duties and taxes (including VAT).
